At work, this Buddha fountain sits on the window sill beside my desk.
Very calming and watching the water flowing is very peaceful especially when I'm having a stressful day.
Better than a thousand hollow words is one word that brings peace.

DeleteLove this! I feel the calm whenever I see an image or a sculpture of the Buddha! So much peace flows into my soul. Just what we need to get on with the chaos of the world outside.
ReplyDeleteThanks Esha. So true, something about the Buddha just brings you to a state of peace.
DeleteThe sound of the flowing water is indeed soothing. i also like the view outside your window.

ReplyDeleteNice. Then many blessings are coming your way Tulika. :)
DeleteI love this buddha Suzy. Personally I had one until last year. I used to see it every morning. Out of the blue, she took it one day and broke it. I was immensely upset about it. I wish I could get a similar one. It had such a calming effect on me. Yours is so beautiful and will definitely calms me.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear that Jayanthy. As long as we hold him in our hearts that's good enough.
DeleteRunning water is so calming, no matter where you are. How cool that you can have yours at our desk :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you linked up at 'My Corner of the World' this week!
My Corner of the World
Thanks Betty. We got this from a workmate who retired. I guess the Buddha wanted to be by our side.
