This Moment - Soule Mama
A single photo capturing a moment
A simple, special, extraordinary moment
A moment I want to pause, savour and remember
There's never a dull moment where I live. Each day something interesting catches my eye as I look out over the hills and sip my cuppa in the mornings.
I breakfast alone as the others are usually asleep when I'm up so this is my quiet time - to look, ponder or just soak in the scenery.
So a few days ago, as I sat and watched the hills, I suddenly saw a helicopter hovering. Not sure what it was doing but it made a few rounds and then disappeared. Lucky my camera was lying nearby so grabbed it and took this shot. Not the best, and hopefully you can see the tiny dot that is the heli, but a moment to share anyway.
I've also found a new photo hop Sundays in my city that I thought would be fun to join in so will be linking up with that too.
This is the moment
This is the time
When the momentum and the moment
Are in rhyme
Give me this moment
This momentous moment ...

ReplyDeleteI wonder what he was doing?
Thanks Eli. I wonder too what he was doing. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteNice view with or without the chopper!
ReplyDeleteThanks Loy. Glad you enjoyed the view!
DeleteI like the contrast of the urban in the foreground and the rural in the distance, the helicopter seems to have come from the foreground and is visiting the rural.
