Daytime and lights on - wasted electricity
These pictures were taken from the bus on my way to work in the morning a few days ago at approximately 8.00am.
Couldn't help notice the lights on. Such a waste of electricity.

Totally agree... many times here its the same... on the other hand, although small in size our country has also many large parts where there are no lights at all, while traffic is booming ..... not that safe when dark
