This Moment - 6WS - SIMC - Singing


Singing makes shopping even more enjoyable


This morning at the Saturday morning fruit and vegetable market, we were greeted by some singing.

It was a beautiful day but the singing just added an extra skip to my step.  I actually stopped for a few minutes and soaked in the music. He sang so well.

So here's a picture of the entertainer who made my shopping experience a happier one.

Not a great picture but then it's about the moment not the photography!

    I can relate to your 'extra skip to my step' on listening to that wonderful song... music has that kind of effect on you. Plato had said music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.

      It was Corinne. It's the first time I've seen him since I started going (about 6 weeks) so I hope he'll be there again.

    It is always good to take the time to stop and listen. Our farmer's market often as entertainment as well. I always enjoy it when I get there.

      Thanks Cyndy - I'm always humming too. In fact the song that kept playing in my mind after listening to him was "I Will" by the Beatles - And when at last I find you, your song will fill the air, sing it loud so I can hear you ..."
