The theme this week at FMTSO - Friday My Town Shoot Out is MOTION.
I thought I would interpret this a little differently and I know it says "My Town" which means Wellington, but this is from my hometown Mumbai so I guess it still is my town.
So here it is ... the making of the Rumali Roti at Copper Chimney in Mumbai. Great fun to watch.

ReplyDeleteThanks Ginger - that's a great way to look at our world.
DeleteWhat fun to watch.
ReplyDeleteHi LindyLou, it was really fun - had to be quick though, it all happens so fast.
DeleteI agree that it is fun to watch a pizza being tossed. I like how you captured the full range of the motion by a photo series.
ReplyDeleteThanks Spiritsoflena. I've never seen a pizza being tossed but I guess it would be the same. Thanks so much for dropping by.
DeleteIt's almost the same way the prata is being made here but most do not toss the bread over the head anymore.Just flipping it like a handkerchief to enlarge the bread. Not an easy task!
ReplyDeleteIt's a real skill. They are so adept at it.
Deleteooooh; I bet that tastes good too!
ReplyDeleteIt sure does Kerry. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteThat really is a skillful motion! More fun to watch than to attempt, I'd guess.
