I am taking part in the Blog-A-Rhythm Bar-a-thon challenge. The theme can be anything that requires grit and endurance, but not necessarily fitness related. And there are daily prompts.
So my theme is simple, it's a blogging marathon about things to do with me in pictures, starting at one and ending at seven.
I'm not explaining this very well but perhaps the pictures will speak for themselves.
This mug was handpainted by me. Some years ago my friend and I spent an afternoon at a cafe where you could purchase pottery and paint it. So this was my attempt. Not too bad but the best part was the fun we had together. I now use this as a pen/pencil holder.
I shared two pictures for One so perhaps one too many? But I couldn't make up my mind so had to share both.
Do you have any artefacts that are special to you? Share in the comments below and tell us why they are special.

Lovely pictures of your creative works Suzy! And I liked your creative take on the prompt!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sanch. Thought I would go for a light hearted theme.
DeleteIts so pretty. Homemade always trumps the store bought. My kids are now more into "printing" a birthday letter etc. Instead of using hand. :P
ReplyDeleteThanks Zainab. I agree, homemade or handmade is best.
DeleteI am coming across this mosaic thing too much these days. I guess I need to figure how to make one myself. Beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteThanks Novice Soul. Mosaic done well can be very attractive.

ReplyDeleteThanks Varad. You are so right - never one too many. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteLoved both the pictures and looking forward to more from you over the coning days, Suzy! Your handpainted mug reminded me of mine which i did two years back! Still recall the fun we had that day.
